run-done Terms of Service

1. Scope
run-done provides automation services for tax invoice and document registration in ERPN, accounting system integration, and related services. These terms govern access to and use of run-done.com and the services provided.
2. Registration and access
Access to paid services requires registration and acceptance of these terms. You must provide accurate contact details and not share your credentials with third parties.
3. Payment and pricing
Service prices and payment terms are listed on the pricing page and in the commercial offer. Payment is one-time or follows the chosen plan. Prepayments are non-refundable after access has been granted, unless a contract states otherwise.
4. Limitation of liability
run-done is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for outages of ERPN, e-document operators or third-party systems. The customer must use the service in compliance with current Ukrainian law.
5. Privacy and personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting a request or using the service, you agree to that policy.
6. Changes to the terms
run-done may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
